Two Tone Hallway

We recently have finished a project in Westminster, Central London, where we were commissioned to paint a communal hallway, stairs and landing. The client chose to go with a two tone hallway, with greige (grey and beige) and light blue with white trim on the dado rail and skirting. We also gave the ceiling a fresh coat of white paint. This brings a new lease of life to the hallway.

Hallway Painting

To ensure it was a professional painter's finish we thoroughly prepared the surfaces of the wall and woodwork. With a sanding phase, fill minor cracks, dents and holes and another sanding to make sure the surface is smooth. A common mistake is to think paint will hide imperfections on the surface, so a good preparation stage is critical to achieve a great result.
